July was a busy month for the city of Quinte West.
110 building permits issued for a construction value of $14.2 million.
That compares to $6.6 million in July of last year.
This year so far has seen 572 permits issued for a construction value of $107.3 million.
Larger permits issued were for a commercial accessory building on Subway Road and a new commercial building on Monogram Place.
There were also 29 permits issued for new residential dwellings, 28 of which are single family homes.
