A man and woman caused each other minor injuries after a fight at a west end Belleville residence last night (Monday) with the woman being taken to Belleville General Hospital for treatment.
City police responded at around 8:30 to the domestic disturbance inside the home.
Two children were also present but were uninjured. Police say alcohol played a major role in the dispute.
An investigation continues.
