Belleville fire crews were called out overnight.
Around 10:15 p.m., members responded to 61 Moira Street West, at the corner of Moira and Everett in the west end, for the report of smoke coming from the attic.
Twitter reports state that firefighters found smoke and hot spots in the attic of the bricked building.
There were no reports of injuries.
