Upgrades could be coming to 2 important bridges in Hastings-Lennox and Addington riding.
Hastings-Lennox and Addington MPP Daryl Kramp announced that both Mud Creek Bridge in Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory and the Old Hastings Road Bridge in Faraday Township have been nominated to receive funding under the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program.
If the federal government approves its share of funding the provincial government is promising $916,000 for work on York Road and Mud Creek Bridge and another $314,000 for the Old Hastings Road Bridge.
