Quinte West OPP have made an arrest in connection to a robbery in the city last month.
Police previously arrested another individual in connection to the robbery at a Sidney Street business on June 18, but cleared them and withdrew the charges.
Now officers have arrested 37-year-old Darrin Bourgeon of Quinte West and charged him with robbery with a weapon, mischief, possession of a schedule I substance and two counts of breach of probation.
Detectives from the Quinte West OPP Crime Unit with assistance from the OPP Tactics and Rescue Unit (TRU) and ERT made the arrest on July 11.
He was held for a bail hearing today (Friday) in Belleville court.
