A stolen vehicle led to more than theft charges for a Marmora man yesterday (Tuesday).
Belleville city police say they had begun investigating the report of a stolen vehicle from a west end residence around 9 in the morning when a suspect returned to the address and was subsequently arrested.
During the arrest, police seized a quantity of narcotics. Michael Young, 28, was charged with theft of a motor vehicle, possession of a controlled substance and driving while under suspension.
He has an August 1 court appearance.
