The Quinte region’s biggest summertime festival gets underway tomorrow (Thursday) at West Zwick’s Park.
The Belleville Waterfront and Multicultural Festival midway opens at 4 p.m. and the Redpath Multicultural Food Village opens at 5.
There’ll be live music well into the evening.
Starting Friday, the festival begins at 11 a.m. until it closes later Sunday afternoon.
