Quinte West OPP have identified the man pulled from the mouth of the Trent River on Canada Day.
Police say the man was 34-year-old Ashish Balu of Quinte West. Foul play is not suspected.
Emergency Services was called to the marina on July 1 around 5:30 a.m. following the report of a person in the water.
Police are continuing to investigate.
