An Alberta man has been killed in an ATV crash near Havelock.
Peterborough County OPP and emergency responders were called to the incident around 10:45 Tuesday night, on Fire Route 83 near Sandy Lake Road, where the vehicle had gone off the road and rolled over into a ditch.
The rider, who police say was wearing a helmet, was thrown off the ATV and pronounced dead at the scene.
The victim has been identified as 32-year-old Dylan Lichtenberger, of Airdrie Alberta and his body was taken to the coroner’s office in Toronto for a post-mortem examination.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
