Stolen trailer
On June 21, 2019 at 8:50 a.m., police responded to a west end address regarding a stolen trailer. Police were advised that a black, covered, single axle trailer with licence plate H5917B was stolen between June 20 at 11:00 p.m. and June 21 at 7:00 a.m. Anyone who observes this trailer or has information of its whereabouts is asked to call Belleville Police.
Arrested on warrants
On June 21 2019 at 6:35 p.m., police observed a male travelling in a vehicle on Cannifton Road who was known to be wanted. The male exited the vehicle and was arrested approaching a nearby apartment building. Trevor Cox, 30, of Belleville was arrested on four outstanding warrants for charges including theft, trafficking, breach of probation, and fail to appear. He was held for a bail hearing.
