It was a heart warming celebration for Phil Panelas Thursday morning at Trenton Memorial Hospital.
Family, friends, dignitaries and community members gathered to unveil a statue at the main entrance of the hospital in Panelas’s honour.

Panelas was involved with Trenton Memorial Hospital for over 60 years, including 25 years as the Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation’s executive director before his passing one year ago. He was a mentor, supporter, friend and leader to everyone he met.
