Lots of people will awake this morning (Tuesday) with alarm and microwave clocks blinking.
At about 3 a.m. the power went out in parts of Napanee, Tyendinaga, Deseronto, and Richmond.
About 4,500 homes and businesses were affected.
Hydro One expects to have the power back on by 9 this morning.
