Belleville Police Service responded to 69 calls for service from June 8, 2019 at 5 a.m. to June 9, 2019 at 5:00 a.m.
Public Intoxication
Shortly after 1 a.m., police responded to a disturbance at a licensed establishment in the city’s north end. The disturbance led to a 20-year-old female being arrested for public intoxication. She was held overnight and released in the morning on a provincial offence notice.
Thefts From Vehicles
Police are reminding residents to lock their cars and not to leave valuables in their vehicles overnight after a large number of overnight thefts from vehicles were reported over the past few days.
