Following a complaint about three vehicles driving erratically on Hwy. 7 towards Madoc on the weekend, one person is facing multiple charges.
Central Hastings OPP say on Sunday around 8:20 p.m. they stopped 29-year-old Kody Kearley of Fenelon Township.
After a police investigation, the 29-year-old is facing operation while impaired, care and control with cannabis readily available, driving with an unsealed container of liquor and stunt driving.
Kearley will appear in Belleville court on June 20.
