(NAPANEE, ON) – On May 27, 2019 at approximately 3:13 p.m., officers of the Lennox and Addington County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of disturbance at the corner of Bridge St. and Richmond Park Blvd. in Napanee, Ontario. The individual was waving a weapon and acting in a dangerous manner in and around the general public
As a result of the investigation, L&A County OPP have arrested and charged Jennifer Forsythe, age 39, of South Frontenac Twp. contrary to the Criminal Code with:
- Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose
The accused was released on a promise to appear with conditions and is scheduled to appear on June 25, 2019 at the Ontario Court of Justice in Napanee.
