Tires slashed
On May 13, 2019, at 7:35 a.m., police responded to Pine Street regarding a vehicle with three tires slashed. Police received two other calls, one on Pine Street and one on Golfdale Rd shortly after where tires were slashed on other vehicles. The incidents occurred sometime overnight on May 12. Arrest in theft investigation
On May 13, 2019, at 8:30 p.m., police located a male on Moira Street who was a suspect in a theft from a west end business on April 24. The male was arrested and later released on a promise to appear. Trevor Cox, 30, of Belleville will appear in court on June 6.
