The local real estate market is being described as a “healthy” one by the Quinte & District Association of Realtors.
Last month, there were 935 active listings, up 30% from April of last year, and that means more variety for potential buyers to choose from.
Meanwhile total dollar sales for all property types was up 2.5% from April of 2018 while total dollar sales for residential units increased 2.2%.
And in April the average residential sale price was almost $362,000 which was up a substantial 6.6% from the same month last year.
