A Tweed man is facing multiple charges including theft of a motor vehicle, following an incident that resulted in a single vehicle accident.
Lennox and Addington OPP report on Monday night just after 8 p.m. they were called to Tyendinaga Township where a vehicle was in the ditch.
A drug recognition expert was called to the scene and as a result of their investigation, 26-year-old David Jeffery Reid is facing charges of operation while impaired by drugs, possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000 (theft of a motor vehicle) and three counts of failure to comply with a probation order.
No other vehicles were involved in the collision and there were no injuries.
