A member of the staff of a west end Belleville group home was assaulted yesterday (Sunday) afternoon.
Belleville police officers responded around 4 o’clock and after investigation arrested a 17-year-old youth and charged him with assault.
No one was injured.
Meanwhile, police also investigated damage to several mailboxes on Harmony Road. Anyone with information is asked to call Sergeant Charbonneau at the Belleville Police Service.
