Hospital auxiliaries are crucial organizations in our health care system, and Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital’s Auxiliary is no exception.
The volunteer group has made a $50,000 donation to the hospital’s foundation that tops up the equipment fund to the campaign’s goal of $290,000.
There will be a cheque presentation at the auxiliary’s Second Time Around shop on Tuesday morning.
Meanwhile, the foundation’s equipment fund campaign goal for this year is $362,000.
