We got a real soaking yesterday (Sunday) and in fact it was a record setting soaking in the Quinte region.
According to Environment Canada, using readings taken at CFB Trenton, we received 23.4 millimetres of rain yesterday.
That’s a little more than the previous record rainfall of 21.8 mm which came back on April 14 of 1974.
