It was a large turnout in Picton Saturday morning at the HUB Child and Family Centre as it celebrated 30 years in business.
Many families and community representatives were in attendance. There was face painting, door prizes and a magic show for the children, with Randy the Magicman.

The Hub also announced that it’s expanding with renovations due to high enrollment numbers. The expansion offers more space, facilities and care for children.
Executive Director of the Hub, Susan Quaiff had this to say about the expansion:
The mayor of Prince Edward County, Steve Ferguson, was in attendance to congratulate the Hub for its achievements over the years and also cut the yellow ribbon on the new expansion.

Quaiff thanked the community and had this to say about the turnout at the open house:
