The Napanee Raiders were on the road last night in Alliston and defeated the Hornets 7-4 to take a 2-0 series lead.
The Raiders remain one of four teams alive in the hunt for the Schmalz Cup.
Ryan Casselman and Austin Labelle each registered a goal and an assist while Evan Foley and Cullen Hinds both had two goal nights in the win.
Nicholas Nabuurs made 21 saves on 25 shots for the Raiders.
The next game for the Raiders in the Schmalz Cup playoffs will be in Napanee on Sunday. Puck drop will be at 4:30.
