There was a medical condition fatality in the northwestern portion of Greater Napanee Thursday afternoon.
Officials say a driver in a pickup truck, towing a horse trailer, had a medical issue, causing a single vehicle crash between Deseronto Road and County Road 12, on Buttermilk Falls Road.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
It happened around 1 p.m.
No animals were in the trailer, and there was no one else in the vehicle.
The medical condition caused the death, not the crash.
