Theft
On March 6, 2019, at approximately 4:02 a.m., police officers were called to a north end business regarding a shoplifter. An investigation into the matter revealed that the shoplifter had stolen approximately $500 worth of merchandise. A 30-year-old Belleville man was charged with theft under $5000 and released on an appearance notice at the scene.
