Belleville Senators forward Drake Batherson has bagged himself another award.
The 20-year-old has been named the CCM AHL Rookie of the Month, after putting up nine goals and nine assists over 10 games throughout February, helping Belleville to an 11-0-0-4 streak over the course of the month.
It’s Batherson’s third league honour this season, after being named CCM AHL Player of the Week twice.
He has 24 points in his last 13 games and leads all rookies in scoring with 49 points in 41 games.
