The City of Quinte West is going to see a new restaurant at Glen Miller and the 401.
Brad Williams, VP of JRB Williams Enterprises, says there is a two-acre piece of property on Monogram Place adjacent to the QW YMCA.
Williams says Starbucks will open up in a multi-unit commercial building.
Williams says construction of the building is expected to start in the spring (pending municipal approval).
The hope is to have the first cup poured this fall.
There are also vacant units for rent
