Prince Edward County’s planning committee will see some information on two new proposals for residential development at its meeting tonight (Wednesday).
The public is invited to comment on the plans.
One involves a 4-storey building near Picton Bay along Mortimer Avenue in Picton. The building would contain 25 apartments of various sizes.
The second development is in the area of Talbot Street and Loyalist Parkway in Picton.
Developers hope to receive approval to build a total of 264 residential units, including 145 single-family homes, 6 semi-attached homes, 61 townhouses, and an apartment block with 52 units.
Prince Edward County’s Planning Committee meets at 7 p.m. tonight at Shire Hall.
