According to readings taken at CFB Trenton 19.7 centimetres of snow fell on the region and there
were ice pellets mixed in as well.
were ice pellets mixed in as well.
That’s a good amount but no record. Back on February 12 of 1988 a little over 27 cm fell on the Quinte region.
The worst of the storm is behind us. Environment Canada has ended its storm warning for the area and only a couple of cm of snow or so is expected Wednesday.
