A Belleville man was sentenced to two years in a federal prison last week following a rash of break and enters in Tweed last November.
Ronald McCloskey, 36 at the time of his arrest, was found guilty of break and enter with intent.
He had already served 140 days in custody prior to being sentenced.
Central Hastings OPP were called to Metcalf Street and Katherine Street after reports of break-ins at residences there.
