A 38-year-old Belleville man is facing charges following an incident on the weekend.
Napanee OPP say they responded to a collision on Saturday in the early morning hours.
Police then arrested Daniel le Kim Lucas and charged him with failure of refusal to comply with demand.
He’ll appear in court later this month.
