Officers stopped the car and noticed the smell of alcohol on the driver’s breath.
Thirty-tw0-year-old Jack Dillon of Belleville is charged with impaired driving and was released with a January 29 court date in Napanee.
Drivers are being reminded that if you’re charged with impaired driving, your licence is automatically suspended for 90 days and your car is impounded for a week.
