Two men out ice fishing yesterday in the Bay of Quinte in Prince Edward County (Sunday) got wet and cold but are happy to be alive.
Two men went through the ice shortly after 6 o’clock last evening as they were fishing about a kilometre off Big Island.
Luckily, others fishing nearby were able to pull them out safely.
Prince Edward County firefighters responded. The pair were treated on scene by EMS paramedics.
