A convoy of vehicles that moved slowly along the 401 has stopped at the Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory.
According to the Ontario Provincial Police, the 401 between Shannonville and Napanee was slow going, due to a nine-vehicle convoy protesting.
The convoy has exited at Highway 49, with an OPP escort and stopped in Tyendinaga.
It is believed the convoy was protesting to support Indigenous in BC, upset with the construction of a pipeline.
