WRITTEN BY PETERBOROUGH COUNTY OPP
Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to a motor vehicle collision on County Road 40 at approximately 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 10, 2019. The male driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol.
Michael BENDL (age 30) of Trent Hills, Ontario was arrested and charged with:
- Operation while impaired-blood alcohol concentration-80 plus
- Operation while impaired
- Fail to remain
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough on February 5, 2019.
