Freezing rain is possible Monday evening and overnight.
A weak band of light snow, at times mixed with ice pellets, may affect the area Monday afternoon. Latest analysis is suggesting that very little accumulation is likely with this feature, with perhaps a few centimetres possible.
A much more significant area of precipitation is expected to move into the area Monday evening. A period of freezing rain is possible late Monday evening before precipitation changes to rain overnight. The area is being monitored for potential freezing rain warnings.
Motorists are urged to exercise caution in the evening and overnight hours as untreated roads may become slippery.

Significant snowfall is expected Monday evening and overnight.
Snow associated with an approaching low pressure system is expected to move into the area Monday evening and persist into Tuesday morning. Some areas may see snowfall amounts of 5 to 10 cm.
Snow may be accompanied by ice pellets Monday evening and overnight before changing to scattered showers Tuesday morning. There is also a risk of freezing rain during the changeover.
Motorists are urged to exercise caution Monday night and Tuesday morning as road conditions may be poor at times.
