Marino Location President John Marino discussed the current climate for opening new shops, and what is hot.
He was quick to point out that Belleville can be a difficult location to open a store.
Cannabis locations was also a focus of the chat. Marino says opening just 25 stores will make things expensive and frustrating for the players in the business.
The stores were originally to open April 1 in 2019, and there was no limit on the number of stores. Marino says the level of knowledge at the municipal level is quite low.
