Napanee OPP have charged 3 men in connection with the theft of copper wire yesterday (Sunday).
Police report 3 suspicious males were seen on private property where Bell Canada lines were located.
Facing theft, mischief, and possession of break in instruments charges are 30 year old William Fraser of Ottawa and 51 year old Wayne Wood of Napanee.
The third man, 46 year old Terry Merlin of Napanee, was charged with theft and mischief.
Meanwhile, William Fraser of Ottawa was also charged in relation to a theft from a business in Napanee back on December 11.
