A Bowmanville man with ties to Prince Edward County is facing historical sexual assault charges.
Prince Edward County OPP say they arrested 41-year-old Michael Vanginhoven on December 12 and charged him with five counts of sexual assault, five counts of sexual interference, two counts of sexual assault causing bodily harm and charges of sexual exploitation, invitation to sexual touching, uttering threats and incest.
He was released on a promise to appear and has a court date of February 13 in Picton.
