Inclusion was a fitting topic for this years mayors’ breakfast.
Tuesday morning at the National Air Force Museum, Belleville Mayor Mitch Panciuk and Quinte West Mayor Jim Harrison discussed the great partnership between the two municipalities, and how vital it is economically.
