Over the last several years, Canadian Forces Base Trenton has seen a lot of changes.
From new hangars, to new rescue equipment, to the extension of contracts for planes, to a new $65 million runway.
CFB Trenton Base Commander Colonel Mark Goulden says the focus of 2019 is facilities to support the service women and men.
He says nothing has been announced by DND when it comes to the purchase of land north of the base, and the move of Canada’s elite men and women with Joint Task Force 2.
