Sales of residential properties were a little slower last month than they were in November of last year, however the average sale price of a residence continued to trend higher.
According to a report from the Quinte District Association of Realtors, 168 residential units were sold last month. In November of last year 198 residences were sold.
Meanwhile, in October 229 units were sold.
However the total dollar sales for residential units increased by 3.4% to to just over 60.3 million dollars.
The average sale price for a residence last month was just over $359,000, up almost 22% from November of last year.
In October the average sale price of a residence was $348,000.
