The year is coming to a close and new construction so far this year in the City of Quinte West is much the same as it was for the same time period in 2017.
For the first 11 months of this year, $106.1 million worth of building permits have been issued for the city. Last year, the total was $115.4 million.
From January to November this year, 221 permits for new residential units were issued in Quinte West, including 16 new units last month alone.
