It was a soggy and warm day for a December 2 yesterday (Sunday) but not so much that rain or temperature records were set.
According to Environment Canada and readings taken at CFB Trenton, 10 millimetres of rain fell on our area yesterday.
That was nowhere near the record of 34.3 mm set in 1986.
Meanwhile, the mercury climbed to a balmy 10 degrees celsius yesterday.
That’s a spring-like temperature but the record for the date was 14.5 degrees, set two decades ago in 1998.
