Continuing on in Education is the latest recipient of 100+ Women Who Care Quinte.
The non-profit received a cheque in the amount of $10,075 on Wednesday.
Chris Houlden, an instructor and an administrator with COED says the funds will go towards two of their programs.
The funding came from the September meeting of 100+ Women Who Care Quinte.
COED offers specialized day supports that promote independence and inclusion for adults with disabilities and allows them to engage in the community in a wide variety of ways.
Their next meeting is set for December 5th at the Greek Hall. Doors open at 6:30 with the meeting beginning at 7:30.
