Prince Edward County council will be asked to sign off on two new subdivisions in Picton at its meeting Tuesday night.
The two housing developments are next to each other.
One, known as the Frank Street subdivision, will feature 28 single family homes and 30 townhouses.
The other, the Talbot Street subdivision, will be a little bigger with 38 houses and 48 townhouses.
County council meets at 7 o’clock Tuesday night at Shire Hall.
