They are the people working hard behind the scenes to put on the Quinte Exhibition year in and year out, since 1821.
They are the volunteers with the Belleville Agricultural Society.
And Sunday at Boston Pizza, some of them received special recognition.

Carl Huffman presents Hayley Wilkins with the Junior Volunteer of the Year award.

Made an Honorary Life Member was Jack Alexander(center).
Volunteer of the Year was Stephanie Shaw.
Bobby Jarrell was presented with the President’s Award.
Belleville firefighter Steve Parks(right) receives a $500 dollar cheque from the Belleville Agricultural Society for its annual Christmas Toy Drive.
