Loyalist College and Startup Bay of Quinte have launched a partnership that leverages the College’s campus as a hub of entrepreneurial activity.
As a branch of the national Startup Canada entrepreneurship organization, Startup Bay of Quinte will continue to provide the Loyalist community, and the local business community with related support, resources and industry connections from its new home base at the College.

Entrepreneurialism, which is threaded throughout our academic programming, is key to developing new technologies, products and services for commercialization.”
Startup Bay of Quinte extends from Napanee to Brighton and Prince Edward County to Hastings County. To date, Startup Bay of Quinte has hosted numerous meetups, startup weekends, pitch competitions, focus groups and online webinars, and participated in regional and national awards ceremonies, conferences and government advisory groups.
On Thursday, November 29, Startup Bay of Quinte and Loyalist College will host an open information session in the College’s Dining Hall in the Kente Building of the Belleville campus from 8:30 to 10 am to connect with anyone who is interested in learning more about Startup Bay of Quinte, and how to get involved.
