A Quinte West man is facing stunt driving and impaired driving charges according to the OPP.
Napanee OPP say they spotted a vehicle near Napanee early Sunday morning traveling at a speed of 153 km/h.
Officers stopped the driver on the 401 near Belleville.
Forty-seven-year-old Matthew Vanvlack is facing charges of impaired operation of a motor vehicle and over 80 mgs of alcohol in his blood, along with a stunt driving charge.
He is scheduled to appear in Napanee court on December 4.
