Lots of people are dealing with sore muscles today after a record setting and heavy snowfall yesterday (Friday).
According to Environment Canada and readings taken at CFB Trenton, 8.4 centimetres of snow fell on the Quinte region yesterday.
That was more than the previous record for a November 16 of 7 cm which was set just 4 years ago in 2014.
